            For the entire month of December, children 17 and under can reduce any fines by simply reading. To participate, children can pick up a reading log at any Mesa Public Library or download the form online: http://www.mesalibrary.org/forms/RDYF_form.pdf.  For every 20 minutes that a child reads, or is read to, the library will waive $1 in overdue fees on their Mesa Public Library account.
            A parent or legal guardian will need to sign off and return the form to any Mesa Public Library no later than December 31.
