The City of Mesa’s Extraordinary Properties campaign has recognized two more property owners who exceed design standards in the areas where they are located. The recipients were recognized at the Dec. 3 City Council meeting.
The property owners recognized for Extraordinary Properties are:
- Adrian and Rhonda Gonzales for their home on South Key Circle in the Silver Key Estates neighborhood. They have owned the property for 25 years and recently remodeled. They are very proud of their home and have done the work themselves with the help of family and friends.
- Jose and Abigail Llamas for their home on East 6th Avenue in the Western Homesites neighborhood. They recently worked to improve their home where it took a lot of work, water and love to make it beautiful.
The recipients of the Extraordinary Properties awards each receive a certificate and an Extraordinary Properties sign that will be displayed in their yards for three months. The winners will be nominated for the “Mayor’s Award for Building a Better Mesa.” Every Extraordinary Property nominee will receive a thank you letter and certificate.
Each quarter, a panel of community leaders will select the winners. If you see an extraordinary home or business, you can submit your nominations to email@example.com.
