Nathan Pacheco
What: This Washington, DC native of Brazilian descent sports an operatic voice with crossover pop potential in the mode of Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban. “I sing from my heart,” says Pacheco. After auditioning for producer Ric Wake, who introduced him to Yanni, Pacheco set to putting lyrics and additional music to some of the legendary musician’s most famous works, as well as working on his own original material. His timeless voice and resounding stage presence lend themselves wonderfully to this critically-acclaimed performance. Like Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban before him, Nathan Pacheco mastered the art of pop/classical crossover. In the album's 12 tracks (seven of which he co-wrote) the versatile tenor sings in four languages – English, Spanish, Italian and French – as well as multiple genres, from pop to folk to opera.
