Mesa, AZ – The City of Mesa has a new online tool to make it easier to do business with our vendors. The Vendor Self Service System (VSS) will provide easy access to:
- Register and maintain vendor account information.
- Select commodity and service interests for notification of current solicitations.
- Set up electronic fund transfers (EFT) account information.
Beginning Monday, July 1, registration is required for continued notification of solicitation opportunities. All vendors who wish to conduct business with the City of Mesa will be required to update and maintain all information used for the notification of bid opportunities and issuance of payment in the VSS system. Vendors currently doing business with the City will need to activate their account and new vendors can register their company. Also, foreign vendors can register their company in the VSS application by providing their legal name and company information.
