Mesa, AZ – Caring for an aging parent or spouse can often be emotionally and physically challenging.  Learn how to support your aging loved one and your family by attending a free workshop on Tuesday, May 14 and again on May 21 at the Red Mountain Library, 635 N. Power Road.  Both workshops will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The Community Liaison for Visiting Angels will be presenting with guest speaker Elaine Poker-Yount.   The workshop will feature tips and advice on health and social issues with resources available for seniors, their family members, and caregivers. Part two of the presentation will feature Jason Ray, Eldercare Attorney, to discuss legal and financial issues.

The workshop is free and open to the public.  For more information about the event, contact Red Mountain Librarian Stephanie Foster at (480) 644-3253.
