ESL English conversation group at Red Mountain Library

Mesa, AZ – Red Mountain Library, 635 N. Power Road, is hosting a free nine week ESL (English as a Second Language) English conversation and reading group. The meetings are from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and will be held on Saturdays from Jan.11 through March 29 excluding Feb. 1 and March 1.
 
The adult literacy group will read interesting articles and stories, and share their opinions while enjoying and improving conversation and reading skills. The Laubach Literacy Council of Mesa will be the feature presenters and will lead the group on discussions and readings.
 
The Laubach Literacy Council of Mesa is a nonprofit volunteer organization that helps those whose second language is English.
 
The group will meet south of the magazine section. No child care is provided and no registration is needed.
