Which of Mesa’s two airports serves your needs? Before driving to take a flight or pick up a visitor, verify the information you obtain on your smartphone or your vehicle’s GPS device. Avoid delays caused by driving to the wrong airport!

Allegiant, Spirit or Frontier airline passengers, and those who need to drop off or pick up passengers, should go to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport in southeast Mesa. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is a commercial service reliever to Sky Harbor International Airport. It is located at 6033 S. Sossaman Road and is accessed from the Hawes Road exit (Exit 34) off the Loop 202 Santan Freeway. Falcon Field Airport is the municipal, general aviation airport owned and operated by the City of Mesa. Falcon Field serves business and private recreational aircraft, including both fixed-wing planes and helicopters. It occupies a square mile in northeast Mesa between Greenfield, Higley, McKellips and McDowell roads. No commercial airlines operate from Falcon Field.
