Mesa, AZ – A New Orleans rock and roll sensation and the next generation of Vaughan are among the spectacular music attractions at the 4th Annual Southwest Ambulance Arizona Celebration of Freedom Saturday, June 29 in downtown Mesa from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Cowboy Mouth is the headline attraction on Stage America, the event’s main stage, before the Chicago Cubs Salute to America program and fireworks.  Based in New Orleans, the band is known for its live performances witnessed by more than nine million fans.  Front man and drummer Fred LeBlanc said “If The Neville Brothers and The Clash had a baby, it would be Cowboy Mouth.”

Tyrone Vaughan will take to Stage America following the fireworks show.  The son of Jimmy Vaughan and nephew of Stevie Ray Vaughan mixes rock and blues with a slap of attitude Texas style.  Uncle Stevie Ray gave Tyrone his first guitar at the age of five and he continues using a Stratocaster to provide the unique “Vaughan” sound.

In between those acts will be the Chicago Cubs Salute to America program at approximately 9:15 p.m. starring 4Troops, a nationally acclaimed pop music ensemble consisting of four retired combat veterans who served in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.  4Troops focuses on pop and patriotic songs and have appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live, ABC News with Bob Woodruff and Game 4 of the 2010 World Series.

The Stage America entertainment kicks off with a performance from Mogollon. The band, which began in the northeastern Arizona town of Overgaard, is known for their versatility, playing everything from Hank Williams to Pink Floyd.

The Fourth Annual Southwest Ambulance Arizona Celebration of Freedom will be full of entertainment, classic cars, live music, patriotic displays, family fun, fireworks and much more!  More than 50,000 are expected to attend this fun event for people of all ages.  For more information, visit http://www.azcelebrationoffreedom.org.
