Pitch Hit and Run with Chicago Cubs

Mesa, AZ – Mesa Youth Sports is partnering with the Chicago Cubs and hosting a free MLB Pitch, Hit and Run competition on Wednesday, March 5 at 6:15 p.m. at Cubs Park, 2100 W. Rio Salado. Participation is free.  Boys and girls, ages seven to 14 will compete in pitching accuracy, hitting distance and quickness on the bases. Chicago Cubs players will be on hand to meet and cheer on the kids. 
Winners in each division will receive two tickets to the Sunday, March 9 game against the Milwaukee Brewers. 
 
Registration is available on-site starting at 5 p.m. or online at:  www.mlb.com/phr.  All participants must submit a City of Mesa waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
         
Continue the fun by joining us for Youth Sports’ Day at the Ballpark on Sunday, March 9 at 1:05 p.m. The whole family is invited to watch the Chicago Cubs play the Milwaukee Brewers. Make sure your child wears their Youth Sports shirt. Tickets to the game can be purchased at www.cubs.com  or at the Cubs Park box office.
